  • What is a “curated” market?
    "Curated" means that we carefully select and choose vendors based on specific criteria to ensure a high-quality and diverse market experience. E.g. branding, imagery, uniqueness, booth presentation. Each vendor is handpicked to create a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere that aligns with MRKT's values.
  • When is the The Harvest Edit market?
    October 25-26 in Saskatoon at Prairieland Park, Hall E.
  • When is The Holiday Edit market?
    December 13-14 in Regina at Viterra International Trade Centre.
  • When are the Spring Edit markets?
    Spring Edit Dates: Regina: March 28-29, 2025 at Viterra International Trade Centre. Saskatoon : April 11-12, 2025 at Prairieland Park
  • What are booth prices and options?
    10x10' In-line Booth - $400 10x10' Wall Booth - $500 10x10' Corner Booth - $600 * fees do not include GST or electrical if required ** In-line booths are between 2 booths, and are not wall or corner booths
  • What do I get with my booth?
    Your booth fee guarantees you a 10x10 booth space in your chosen booth type as well as Wi-Fi. Included in your booth fee is marketing promotion of your brand that may include both traditional advertising channels and social media marketing. A listing of your company on our website will remain for each event to help attendees find and connect with you before and after the show. Throughout the run up to the event your brand may appear in social media stories, reels, posts and promotional activities. Our social media team reserves the right to build our feed and choose photos and content for any promotional activity, all to be re-posted from your existing online presence, or submitted by you in the application.
  • How do I apply?
    Complete the Application and click Submit Application.
  • What are key criteria to being selected as a successful vendor?
    Applicants displaying superior and attractive branding, imagery, social presence and booth layout and presentation. The uniqueness of the products sold and overall composition of show applicants as a whole are also considered.
  • What are the steps to be accepted as a vendor at MRKT?

  • What are the intake and payment dates?
    Harvest & Holiday Edit Markets: June 3 - Applications intake opens for Harvest Edit and Holiday Edit June 30 - Applications close for Harvest Edit and Holiday Edit July 17 (week of) - notifications sent to successful applicants July 31 - booth payment + signed contracts due Spring Edit Markets: Currently accepting applications. All applicants will receive a response from our team within 2 business days.
  • Will I be contacted if I am unsuccessful?
    Yes. All applicants will receive a response on their application. Unsuccessful applications will be placed on a Waiting List in case an opportunity should arise.
  • Is there a wait list?
    Yes. All applicants will be placed on a wait list in case an opportunity opens up.
  • What are the booth sizes?
    All booth sizes are 10ft x 10ft.
  • What is a CORNER booth?
    This booth type simply means your booth space will have an open side, allowing you extra space to serve customers. A corner booth does not guarantee that you will be on an aisle that has cross traffic. Your corner booth could simply be at the end of a row or a break between booths.
  • Do you allow booth sharing?
    No. Booth sharing is not allowed.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations prior to 60 days before an event will receive a 50% refund of total invoice. Cancellations within 60 days of an event result in no refund.
  • Is electrical available?
    Electrical is available to purchase at time of signup for $75. As an option vendors who do multiple events a year may wish to consider purchasing a small portable battery power supply which can be a cost effective option. Ensure any power devices are CSA approved.
  • I had previously applied for What Women Want and was booked in the Holiday Market, do I have to apply for MRKT?
    Yes. MRKT processes and systems are all separate and new so we require you to apply for all MRKT events. Successful vendors will have any existing What Women Want payment credits applied against their MRKT invoice and any difference will be reflected in a balance owing or a refund. Please proceed with a new application and we will be in touch!
  • Can I buy tickets at the door?
    Yes. Tickets will be available at the door provided the event hasn't sold out.
  • When will tickets be available?
    Event tickets will be available for purchase on this website 6 weeks prior to any event.
  • Are strollers permitted at the event?
    Yes of course.
  • Will there be a coat check?
    No.
